Cleat fitting and setup
Short answer
Cleat fitting sets the cleat in its three axes, fore and aft, rotation and lateral position, according to how your foot lands and how you pedal. It is the adjustment that resolves most knee and foot complaints. You can book it on its own, price on request, or have it done as part of the €180 full bike fit at the studio in Vera, Almería.

Can I book cleat fitting on its own?
Yes, it is one of our single adjustments. The price depends on what you need, so ask us when you get in touch.
How much difference does it really make?
A few degrees of rotation in the wrong place force the knee to twist five thousand times an hour. For the effort involved, it is one of the adjustments with the best return.
Is it included in the full bike fit?
Yes. Cleat setup is one of the phases of the €180 full fit, and it comes before the saddle work, because any change at the foot moves the knee angle and would make us redo everything else.
Does it work for MTB and road cleats?
Both, and for double-sided pedals too. The criteria shift a little between disciplines, which is why we ask what you ride before we touch anything.
